The Lanes Dashboard ("the Service") is an internal staff management tool operated by Last Level Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12270188). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information obtained through your use of the Service, including via Roblox OAuth authentication.

2. Information We Collect

When you authenticate with Roblox OAuth, we receive the following information from Roblox:

• Your Roblox User ID
• Your Roblox username and display name
• Your Roblox profile avatar
• Your Roblox group membership and rank (used to verify staff eligibility)
• An OAuth access token and refresh token to maintain your session

We do not collect passwords, email addresses, or any personal information beyond what Roblox provides through the OAuth flow.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used solely to:

• Verify that you hold the required staff rank within The Lanes Roblox group before granting access
• Maintain your authenticated session while you use the dashboard
• Display your username and avatar within the interface
• Make authorized Roblox API calls on your behalf (e.g., reading group rank)

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to operating the Service.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Session data is stored in encrypted cookies on your device and expires automatically when you sign out or when the session token lapses. We do not persist your Roblox profile data to a long-term database. OAuth tokens are held only in memory or short-lived session storage for the duration of your session.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. The only external service your data is exchanged with is Roblox (via their OAuth and API endpoints), which is necessary to authenticate you and verify your group membership. Roblox's own privacy policy governs any data processed on their platform.

6. Access Control

Access to the Service is restricted to staff members of The Lanes Roblox group who hold the required rank. Attempts to authenticate with an ineligible account are rejected and no data from that attempt is retained.

7. Your Rights

You may revoke the Service's access to your Roblox account at any time by visiting your Roblox account settings and removing the authorized application. Doing so will immediately invalidate your session on the Service.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
